🔁 EXCHANGES & RETURNS POLICY – MySaree

📌 ADDITIONAL CHARGES

  • ₹100 return charge will apply for all returns.
  • ₹100 exchange charge will apply for all exchanges.
  • Important: If you use a COUPON CODEno returns will be accepted.

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we offer easy returns and exchanges.

  • Eligibility: Return/exchange requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags/packaging.
  • Charges: A nominal charge of ₹100 per return/exchange applies to cover logistics.
  • Refunds: We do not issue refunds to your original payment method. All refunds will be provided only as Store Credit, valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

All refunds are issued as a COUPON CODE for future purchases.

No refunds will be processed to bank accounts.

The coupon code will match the product value (excluding COD handling).

🚨 Important – Coupon Code Orders:
If you have used a COUPON CODE at the time of purchase, the order will not be eligible for refund.

In case a return is exceptionally approved, the coupon discount amount will be deducted as handling charges, and only the remaining eligible value (if any) will be issued as Store Credit.

Exclusions: Clearance items and products purchased using discount codes are not eligible for return/exchange.

  • Self-Ship: If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may self-ship. Return address will be provided via email.
  • Process:
    1. Submit a return request on our website.
    2. Reverse pickup arranged in 3–4 business days.
    3. Refund/credit issued within 5–7 days after quality check.

 

 

🔄 EXCHANGES

At MySaree, we strive to deliver the perfect fit and premium quality. In case the product doesn’t suit your size, we offer a hassle-free exchange process.

 Eligibility:

  • Request an exchange within 5 days of delivery using your order number via our website.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Note: Products purchased in clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange.

🚨 IMPORTANT RULE

 Exchange And Return is allowed ONLY ONE time.

(Second exchange request for the same order will not be accepted.)

🔧 Exchange Process:

  1. Submit an exchange request on our website: RAISE RETURN REQUEST
  2. reverse pickup will be arranged within 3 to 4 days
  3. Handover the product with tags intact to the pickup agent.
    (Improper returns or used items will be rejected)
  4. After pickup, you will receive a COUPON CODE (value excludes COD charges) via email within 24 hours.
  5. Use this code to place a fresh order for a new size or another product.
  6. For exchanges, your new product will be shipped within 48 hours post pickup.
    Updates will be sent on email & WhatsApp.

💰 REFUNDS

  • All refunds are issued as a COUPON CODE for future purchases.
  • No refunds will be processed to bank accounts.
  • The coupon code will match the product value (excluding COD handling).
  • If a COUPON CODE was used for original purchase, the item cannot be returned.

🚚 UNSERVICEABLE PIN-CODES / SELF-SHIP

If your PIN code is not serviceable by our courier for reverse pickup:

  • You can self-ship the product to the address below.
  • Our return courier partner is Delhivery.
  • Once we receive and review your return, your exchange/refund (As a Store Credit )process will be initiated.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
All decisions by MySaree are final.
This policy is governed by the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).
Jurisdiction: Surat, Gujarat, India.
